Methodology

A useful assessment should show its work.

HubertAI compares your supplied experience with a role using a transparent, rules-based evidence model. The percentage is a professional-fit score, not a calibrated probability of an offer. We cannot see actual applicants, interviews, or private employer decisions.

Requirements first
Recognized skills in your pasted posting override general templates. Required skills receive more weight than preferred ones. Missing requirements and eligibility checks are shown explicitly.
Evidence, not just keywords
Applied examples receive more credit than skills listed without examples. The report shows the matched text so you can correct incomplete extraction. Text claims are not independently verified.
Professional relevance
Education relevance, experience, projects, measurable outcomes, and role alignment inform the score. Name, identity, school prestige, GPA, graduation year, and referrals do not add points.
Context stays separate
Company guidance cites public sources. Regional market figures are dated, and candidate comparisons are fictional examples—not the employer’s real applicant pool. Neither market statistics nor company values add points.
Privacy and control
LinkedIn links are references only; paste profile text or upload a PDF you have permission to use. Files are processed for text extraction. Reviewed profiles, plans, and report versions are saved in this browser. Email reports are sent only when you request one and delivery is configured.

The evidence-2 score remains rules-based and is not calibrated to hiring outcomes. Optional AI reviews use OpenAI to interpret professional evidence, propose résumé improvements and answer application questions. AI-selected requirement coverage is separate from the baseline score; neither is an offer probability. Automatic matching cannot cover every requirement.
