Your résumé is yours.
Your résumé is processed on our server to extract text; the uploaded file is not retained by the application. Your extracted profile and saved assessments are stored in this browser, so avoid shared devices. Accounts and sign-in sessions are stored on our backend. Google sign-in provides your name, email, and Google account identifier—not access to your inbox.
What affects scoring
Professional experience, education alignment, skills, projects, résumé quality, requirements, and disclosed application context.
What never affects scoring
Name, race, ethnicity, religion, sex or gender, sexual orientation, age, health, disability, political beliefs, photographs, or other protected characteristics.
Know what is saved
Password accounts use hashed passwords. Google access tokens are not retained. Assessment scores are calculated using a rules-based model, not an external AI service. If you request an email report, its content is sent to our email provider when delivery is configured. Browser-saved reports do not automatically sync across devices.
Optional AI reviews send your professional text and role context to OpenAI only after consent; dedicated name, school, GPA, graduation and profile-link fields are excluded, with obvious contacts masked. Free text may still identify you. AI results are cached privately for up to 24 hours and may also be saved in this browser. We request no stored API response, but OpenAI processing and retention policies still apply.
